Cambio dell'olio, fig. 9
Sostituire l'olio motore dopo le prime 25 ore di esercizio,
successivamente ogni 50 ore o ogni tre mesi.
Far scaricare l'olio motore con il motore caldo.

Lasciare funzionare a caldo il motore.

Spegnere il motore.

Posizionare un contenitore sufficientemente grande

per raccogliere l'olio usato sotto alla vite di scarico
dell'olio (D).
Per scaricare l'olio, rimuovere il tappo di rabbocco

dell'olio (A) e la vite di scarico dell'olio (D).
Far scaricare l'olio
6
Riapplicare la vite di scarico dell'olio (D) con fascetta
7
di tenuta e stringere.
Rabboccare con olio motore raccomandato nel foro di
rabbocco dell'olio.
Avvertenza! Avvitare bene il tappo di rabbocco
dell'olio (A).
Olio raccomandato SAE 10W-30
Quantità di rabbocco circa 0,6 litri
Smaltire conformemente l'olio nei punti di racconta
locali di olio usato. È vietato disperdere l'olio usato
sul suolo o insieme ai rifiuti urbani.
Avvertenza importante in caso di riparazione:
In caso di restituzione per riparazione, tenere presente
che il generatore, per motivi di sicurezza, deve essere
rispedito alla stazione di assistenza tecnica senza
olio né benzina.
Pulire il filtro di carburante

Pulire il filtro con solvente.
2 Sciacquare il solvente.

Riapplicare il filtro del carburante.
Controllare la candela di accensione
Spegnere il motore e farlo raffreddare.

Se necessario, pulire o sostituire la candela di accen-
sione:

Estrarre la spina della candela di accensione e ri-

muovere lo sporco nella zona della candela di ac-
censione.
Svitare e controllare la candela d'accensione.

In caso di danneggiamenti come lacerazioni o scheg-

ge, sostituire la candela.
Pulire gli elettrodi della candela di accensione con

una spazzola metallica.
Controllare e regolare la distanza degli elettrodi.

Avvitare la candela di accensione e stringere con la

chiave per candela di accensione.
Applicare la spina della candela di accensione sulla
candela stessa.
Accertarsi che durante la sostituzione lo sporco non
raggiunga la testa del cilindro.
Verificare la posizione della candela di accensione.

Oil change, fig.. 9
Change the engine oil after 25 operating hours, then
after 50 hours or every three months.
1. Drain the engine oil when the engine is hot.
2. Warm the engine up.
3. Switch the engine off.
4. Place a container that is large enough to collect the
used oil under the oil drain screw (D).
5. To drain the oil, remove the oil filler cap (A) and the
oil drain screw (D).
6. Drain the oil
7. Re-attach the oil drain screw (D) with a sealing
washer and tighten.
Pour the recommended engine oil into the oil filler hole.
Note! Screw the oil filler cap (A) on tightly.
Recommended engine oil: SAE 10W-30
Capacity: approximately 0.6 litres
Dispose of the drained oil properly at a local used
oil collection point. Dumping used oil in the soil or
mixing it with waste is prohibited.
Important note in case of repair:
When returning the generator for repair, for safety rea-
sons, ensure that it is free of oil and petrol when it is
sent to the service centre.
Clean the fuel filter

Clean the filter with a solvent.
2 Wash the solvent off.
3 Re-insert the fuel filter
Check the spark plug
Switch off the engine and allow it to cool.
Caution! Danger of burning
Clean or replace spark plug as required:
Remove the spark plug connector and clean any dirt

from the spark plug area.
Unscrew the spark plug and check it.

If there is any damage, e.g. cracks or chips, replace
3
the spark plug.
Clean the spark plug electrodes with a wire brush.
4
Check and set the electrode gap.
5
Screw the spark plug in and tighten with the spark
6
plug spanner.
Place the spark plug connector on the spark plug.
7
When replacing, ensure that no dirt gets into the
cylinder head.
Check the fit of the spark plug.
A loose spark plug can cause damage to the engine by
overheating.
Pulling too hard can damage the thread in the cylinder
head.
