TROUBLESHOOTING

MACHINE FAILS TO OPERATE
Possible cause
Battery pack discharged.
Isolator key not fully located.
Battery pack not fully inserted.
Battery pack too hot / cold.
Faulty battery pack.
MACHINE FUNCTIONS INTERMITTENTLY
Possible cause
Internal wiring of product damaged.
Motor / Electronics thermal protector has
activated.
External cabling damaged.
MOTOR START AND THEN STOPS IMMEDIATELY
Possible cause
Battery pack not fully charged.
Isolator key not fully located.
Battery pack not fully inserted.
Cutting-means wound with tough long grass.
Battery pack too hot / cold.
AREA OF CUT (BATTERY DURATION) NOT LARGE ENOUGH
Possible cause
Height of cut too low.
Grass too high.
Grass is dense.
Used battery pack life cycle.
Low battery level.
MOWING AND BAGGING PROBLEMS
Possible cause
Machine is moving too fast or grass is too
high or too dense.
Machine is moving too fast for lawn
conditions.
Grass catcher overfilled or clogged.
Machine deck is clogged.
Cutting-means dull, worn, or damaged.
Wrong cutting-means installed.
VIBRATIONS
Possible cause
Cutting-means loose, bent, damaged, or
unbalanced by improper sharpening.
Mechanical damage, such as a bent motor
shaft.
Correction
Battery pack charging.
Check isolator key is fully in the ON (I)
position.
Fully insert battery pack.
Allow battery pack to warm up / cool down -
Check battery LED display.
Replace battery pack with a new one.
Correction
Contact your servicing dealer.
Allow motor / Electronics to cool and
increase height of cut.
Contact your servicing dealer.
Correction
Check battery pack display - Charge battery
pack if necessary.
Check isolator key is fully in the ON (I)
position.
Fully insert battery pack.
Switch off isolator key and unblock the
cutting-means.
Allow battery pack to warm up / cool down -
Check battery LED display.
Correction
Increase height of cut.
Increase height of cut.
Increase height of cut or cut grass more
frequently.
Replace battery pack with a new one.
Ensure that battery pack is fully charged
before use.
Correction
Move slower when possible or increase the
cutting height.
Contact your servicing dealer.
(Except pushing the machine.)
Empty the grass catcher. Wash the grass
catcher if it is clogged with dirt (pages 11
and 14).
Clean out the machine deck (page 12).
Sharpen or replace the cutting-means if
necessary (page 13).
Install correct cutting-means (page 12).
Correction
Tighten loose cutting-means bolts.
If cutting-means is found to be bent or
damaged, take the machine to your servicing
dealer for inspection (page 13).
Maintenance of these points must be carried
out by your servicing dealer.

STORAGE

PREPARATION FOR STORING THE MACHINE
Ensure that isolator key and the battery pack are removed from the
machine before storing the machine.
Correct storage is essential for maintaining the life of the product. If
possible, avoid storage areas with high humidity which could cause
rust or corrosion.
End of season storage:
- Remove battery pack and store both machine and battery pack
in a dry safe place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not place objects on top of the machine.
- When storing for extended periods, thoroughly clean the
product beforehand.

procedures.
