Switching the generator off

Proceed as follows to shut down the generator.
CAUTION!
Hot parts can ignite flammable and explosive materials.

Avoid flammable materials at the work location.

Avoid explosive materials at the work location.

Allow generator to cool down.
The generator is switched off as follows:
1. Switch off or disconnect consumers.
2. Continue to run the engine for about two minutes.

3. Set engine switch to the "OFF" position.
 The engine is off.
4. Set the fuel cock to "OFF".
5. Allow the generator to cool down.
 The generator is switched off.
