HAND START
ELECTRICAL START

NOTE
Start the engine as follows:
1. Push the choke into the Start position "see inscription on
the air filter" (only for a cold engine).
2. Set engine switch to the "ON" position.
3. Slowly pull the cord grip to the pressure point, and then
give it a rapid even pull.
 The engine starts.
Support yourself with a hand on the grip on the device to
make pulling easier.
4. Set the choke in its basic position.
 The engine has started.
1. Push the choke into the Start position "see inscription on
the air filter" (only for a cold engine).
2. Turn the key-operated switch all the way to the right into
the START position until the engine starts and then
release.
 The engine starts.
3. Set the choke in its basic position.
 The engine has started.
Only activate the starter briefly (max. 5 - 10 seconds). Never
start or run the engine with the battery disconnected.
The electrical consumers can be connected or switched in
after a warming-up phase of about one minute.
