Main clutch cable adjustment

1. Push and hold the lock lever. Measure the spring lengths when the main clutch
lever is operated to the DISENGAGED and ENGAGED positions.
2. With the main clutch lever ENGAGED, adjust so that the extension value of the
clutch spring is as measured below.
Extension value:
A (ENGAGED) - a (DISENGAGED) = 3 ± 0.5 mm (0.12 ± 0.02 in)

3. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting nut to obtain the correct extension
value of the clutch spring.
4. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut securely.
