Removing the PE dust bag (IVR 40/
50 and IVR 100/40 only)

Remove the pressure equalization hose
from the collection container.
Remove the collection container from
the device.
Remove the pressure pad from the PE
dust bag
Close the PE dust bag by means of a
cable tie or adhesive tape.
Dispose of the PE dust bag in accord-
ance with the statutory provisions.
Insert fresh dust bag into the collection
container.
Insert pressure pad, ensure that the PE
dust bag is not damaged.
Insert the collection container into the
device and connect the pressure equal-
ization hose
Removing the suction head
CAUTION
Risk of injury and damage! The suction
head is heavy and cannot be removed
manually.

Switch off the appliance and remove
the plug from the socket.
Open the lock of the suction head.
Secure suitable lifting gear at the jack
ring.
Lift the suction head by means of a
crane and put it aside.
CAUTION
Risk of injury and damage! Only lift the suc-
tion head, not the entire device.

Risk of injury due to dropping appliance.
– Adhere to the local accident prevention
guidelines and safety notes.
– Check the device for damage prior to
every lifting procedure.
– Check the lifting gear for damage prior
to every lifting procedure.
– Lift the waste container on the provided
jack rings only.
– Protect the lifting device from inadvert-
ent load release.
– The device may only be transported
with the crane by properly trained crane
personnel.
– Do not stand below the load.
– Ensure that no persons are present in
the immediate vicinity of the crane.
– Do not leave the appliance on the crane
unattended.
Shutting down
Switch off the appliance using the On/
Off switch.
Empty and clean the collection contain-
er.
Dismantle the accessory and rinse it
with water and let dry if necessary.
CAUTION
Risk of injury and damage! Observe the
weight of the appliance when you transport
it.
When transporting in vehicles, secure
the appliance according to the guide-
lines from slipping and tipping over.
CAUTION

of the appliance in case of storage.
This appliance must only be stored in inte-
rior rooms.
Care and maintenance
Rinse the appliance and the accesso-
ries with fresh water at regular intervals
and let them dry.
Check the pocket filter for damage at
regular intervals. Replace filter in case
of damage.
