EMERGENCY PROCEDURE FOR THE MANUAL LOWERING OF PLATFORMS
(WHEN THERE IS NO POWER CONNECTION)
During the manual lowering operation of the platforms keep under strictly observation the
vehicles on the deck until the operation is completed.
If during the process occur anomalies, close immediately the safety valve of hydraulic system
to stop the lowering.
The manual lowering proces take place as follow:
If the safety devices are not engaged, proceed in this way:
- Switch off the lift through the "MAIN POWER" button.
- Look for the descendant valve "A" (electro magnetic) as
shown in figure 35.
- Manually loosen the colored sleeve at the end of the
electromagnetic descent valve, so that the platforms
begin to lower.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
All the movable parts of the lift have to be kept clean and lubricated regularly.

All pins and upper/lower sliding blocks on the lift must be lubricated regularly.

The side runners and all the parts responsible for the alignment must be dismounted and lubricated
regularly at least once a year.

The hydraulic oil must be replaced at least once a year.

The oil tank and the filter must be clean when changing the hydraulic oil.

The oil level must alway reach at least the upper limit that is marked on the oil tank.

During the oil changing operation the platforms must always be positioned on the lowest level permis-
sible.

Check the integrity of the steel cables regularly, if anomalies are found, it is recommended to not use
the lift and to contact immediately the manufacturer.

If equipped with rolling jack, verify immediately its functioning.
Only specialized personnel is allowed to carry out these type of operations.
