Unable to carryout vacuum
extraction of cylinder
STORAGE & MAINTENANCE
• Before each use, please carefully check and make sure all screws are tighten, carry out leakage detection and
ensure the machine is operated in a risk free environment.
• Carry out regular checks on all hose, valves, screw and nuts, bolts etc.
• Check to make sure all the sealing rings from the connection parts are without wear and tear.
• Place the machine in a clean and dry environment once it is not in use.
• Service and maintenance should be performed regularly by a quali ed technician.

Valves were not completely turned
OFF while vacuum extraction is
carry out to cylinder and oil tank
Adjust air pressure to 6-9Bar/87-
130Psi
Remove cylinder to inspect and
replace sealing ring
Turn the valve OFF, fully vacuum
the tank and check for leakage, if
there's no leakage means the valve
is ne, if leakage is found then
please replace a new valve.
Make sure all the valves are Off
except the one from vacuum
generator
