INSTRUCTIONS
Unpacking the carton and Installation
• Unpack the carton, make sure the machine is in good condition and all parts are included. Please contact your
local distributor or manufacturer for any missing parts.
• Take out the machine and connect the oil tray and lifting pole in "clock-wise" direction.
• Turn the "cylinder ejection valve" upward, connect the cylinder to the oil tank base.
• Make sure the cylinder is in place, x the cylinder with hexagon screws and make sure they are rmly
tightened (use threadlocker if needed).
• Make sure the lifting pole is perpendicular to the machine direction.
• Fix the lifting pole with retaining ring to proper height, avoid contact of oil tray and cylinder against each other. (This
machine has been debugging before leaving the factory, please do not make alternation of the position retaining ring)
Vacuum extraction for cylinder
1. Ensure inlet pressure is 6~8 bar(87~116psi).
2. Make sure all valves are close.
3. Connect air source with air inlet "air inlet from vacuum generator" turn on air valve for vacuum extraction.
4. While needle reaching the border between RED and GREEN on the vacuum gauge, vacuum extraction is
completed.
5. Turn off air inlet valve (To maintain a best suction speed for continual oil extraction purpose, air source can be
opened and connected).
Notice:
Before vacuuming the tank, turn off "cylinder oil ejection valve" to observe the amount of waste oil in the cylinder.
