70l MIXED WASTE OIL DRAINER
Vacuuming for both cylinder and tank
1. In order to speed up during oil extraction, it can be simultaneously vacuumed the cylinder and the tank.
2. Make sure all ball valves are in the OFF position.
3. Link the air compressor pipe connector and "vacuum generators (air inlet mouth)" on the machine, and open the
"drain valve of cylinder" (with the vertical direction to open).
4. Open gas valve and start to vacuum the equipment.
5. When the indicator of vacuum gauge reaches the junction of red and green, the vacuum pump is completed.
6. When vacuum extraction is completed, turn off the inlet air (if there is need to extract oil continuously and
rapidly, the inlet air can stay open, so as to keep the suction to its best).
Notice:
Under a working condition without air source, its advised to vacuum the cylinder and oil tank in order to keep the
machine in a long period of continual working capability.
