The minimum concrete thickness and the perfect levelling are features key that must be
followed to grant the right lift alignment.

SECURITY

It is recommended to read carefully this chapter since important security information are
provided that must be followed by operators and all other workers, also in the case of
improper use of the lift.
In the following text are reported clear explanations about determined situations of risk
and danger that may rise during the use or maintenance of the lift. It is also illustrated the
security device, it is indicated the correct use of such systems, the residual risks and the
operative procedure to be taken (general precautions to delete potential risks).
The lift is designed and built to lift vehicles and to keep them in the desired elevated
position in a circumscribed environment. Every other use of the lift is not allowed.
In particular, lifts are not suitable for:
- Washing operations or painting;
- lifting persons;
- Pressure crushing purpose;
- Use as lifter;
- Use as lifter for single parts of vehicles.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damages to persons, vehicles or other things
caused by an improper use of the equipment.
During lifting and lowering phases, the operator must stand in the control area as illustrated
on the schemes. As shown in the diagrams, the presence of personnel inside the indicated
danger zone is strictly prohibited. During lifting and lowering phase, the personnel is
allowed to enter the danger zone only when the vehicle is already in the elevated position,
when the platforms are in the stationary position and when the security devices are firmly
engaged.
DO NOT USE THE LIFT WITHOUT PROTECTION DEVICES INSERTED.
THE FAILURE IN COMPLY WITH THESE RULES CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY TO
PERSONS, IRREPARABLE DAMAGES TO THE LIFT OR TO THE VEHICLES.
The operator, the installer and maintenance worker must observe the safety rules in force
in the country of installation of the lift.
Furthermore, the operator, the installer and the maintenance personnel must:
- Always operate from the specified stations illustrated in this manual
- Never remove or disactivate the mechanical, hydraulic or elechtric safety devices;
- Read the safety warnings on the machine and safety information contained in this manual.
