TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom
The engine does
not work.
In the lifting
operation, the
engine is running,
but there are no
lifting movements.
When press ing the
«DOWN» button
the lift does not
lower.
The lift lowers
very slowly when
sbjected to normal
loads.
Noisy lifting and/or
lowering

The electrical connection has
not been made or no cable is
connected
The Ac main counte
does not snap
The end limit switch is not
closed
The engine turns inverted
Lifting with light weight works
normally but not with heavy
load
The amount of hydraulic oil is
not enough
The safety stop is not lifted
The solenoid valve does not
work
The descent valve is powered
but it does not work
Hydraulic oil has a high visco-
sity, is deteriorated or it is iced
(in winter)
The Anti knock valve inside the
cylinders is locked
Oil leak ages along the oil pipe
or joints
The floor is not leveled or the
base of the lift does not adhere
well to the floor
Resolution
Check and/or correct any errors in the electrical
system.
If the engine rotates regularly when the electric
contact is touched with a special insert, check
the electrical circuit. If the voltage at the two
counter outputs is correct, replace the counter.
« Connecting bridge « the terminal 100 and 102 of
the electric circuit. If the problem disappears check
the individual end limit switchs and the Ir related
cables. In the case of failure change the item.
Modify the phases of the power cables
The preset pressure can be increased by turning
the adjusting knobof the pressure valve slightly
to the right.
Add hydraulic oil H46
The air pressure is not enough or the safety is
blocked.
If the solenoid valve is powered but does not
open the airflow, check and replace the solenoid
valve
Check the plug and spool of the drop valve,
check the correct seal of the nut. Replace it if
needed.
Replace the oil as specified in the users manual.
Remove or close the air supply hose and lock
the lift securely. Remove the anti knock valve
from the oil supply hole at the oil cylinder and
clean or replace the device.
Check the seal of the hydraulic circuit and seals,
then adjust pressure and level.
Check the correct anchor of the lift and the
tolerance of the assigned levels.
