USE

1 ....PREPARING THE MACHINE
Before connecting the appliance into the main electrical socket make sure that the switch
(15) is in "off" position and that the dial (17) is in position "
• Place the appliance on a fl at, stable surface.
• Raise the lid (4) and fi ll the tank (5) with cold water (max. amount 800 ml) (fi g."D").
Never use the appliance unless there is water in the tank (5) or if the water level is less than MIN level
indicated on the tank.
• While using the machine, the tank (5) can be fi lled or topped up by simply lifting the cover (4) (fi g."D"), and
taking care to not exceed the maximum level as indicated.
• Connect the appliance into the mains socket ensuring that the features of the mains power outlet comply
with the technical data on the data plate located on the bottom of the appliance.
2 ....HEATING THE MACHINE
In order to make a good cup of coffee at the right temperature, the machine must be properly heated.
Check that the dial (17) is in position "
• Press the on/off light switch
The light will begin to fl ash.
• Insert the fi lter holder (10) into its housing (fi g."E").
