Cooling System Filler
1. For Your Safety
Before using the vacuum­type cooling system
filler, please read this application note.
For effective use of the tool set as intended,
it is essential that all safety and other infor­
mation in this application note is adhered to.
HAZET will not be liable for any injuries to persons or

3. NOTICE:
The cooling system is intended to ab­
sorb and exhaust the warmth of the
engine. Air bubbles in the cooling system prevent the
warmth to be taken up by the cooling fluid. This effect
arises frequently on newer types of engines, since air
cannot rise and escape through the well­branched
cooling channel system.
Air is a substantially worse heat leader than cooling
fluid. For this reason, parts that are badly supplied
with cooling water may overheat permanently which
may lead to damages at the cylinder head, hair­cracks
and early material fatigue.
