Schwenken Sie den HAZET Universal-Federspanner in die senkrechte Position, indem Sie mit einer Hand den Universalspannteller 4903-2 führen und mit der anderen Hand zuerst den Rastbolzen 5 lösen und das Gerät anschwenken.

  • Page 13 Aufbau und Funktion Bei sehr kleinen Endwindungsdurchmessern kann es vorkommen, dass es nicht möglich ist die Feder mit den Bremsen zu halten. In diesem Fall können die Bremsen durch Lösen der Schraube in die vordere Führungsnut versetzt werden, um die nöti- ge Haltefunktion zu gewährleisten.
  • Page 14 Betätigen Sie den HAZET Universal-Federspanner bis sich das Federende vom Dämpfer löst und diesen somit komplett entlastet. Nicht weiter schrauben, wenn das obere oder untere Hubende erreicht ist. Lösen Sie die Verschraubung vom Domlager (z. B. mit HAZET 4910/13 Stoßdämpfer- Werkzeug-Satz) und das Federbein kann verspannungsfrei demontiert werden.

Verwenden Sie den Grundträger 4903-1 und den Sicherheits-Federspanner 4900-2A entweder nur mit 4903/2 Universalspannplatte und Universalspannteller oder mit den Spannplatten des HAZET Systems 4900. Ergonomie Zur Verbesserung der Ergonomie lassen sich die Rastbolzen, je nach Montagesituation, auf die Gegenseite versetzen.
