2. Design
Attach the Base Support 4903-1 with 4 screws, e. g.
to a work bench (worktop thickness 25 - 50 mm).
Please ensure a sufficient counterweight of at least
75 kg. The base support is pivoted and can be swiv-
elled by 90°. There is a locking function at the stop
positions.
Insert the universal clamping disc 4903-2 and lock it
with the pin 1 to prevent it from falling out.

Mount the support first loosely to the Safety Spring
Vice 4900-2A and insert this into the base support.
Once the Safety Spring Vice has been inserted, secure

the support.
Secure the Safety Spring Vice 4900-2A with the pin 1
to the base support.
