Warranty statement:
In the event of a warranty claim, no charge is levied to you for the
services provided.
GARDENA Manufacturing GmbH grants a warranty for all original
GARDENA new products for two years from the date of original purchase
from the retailer, provided that the devices have been for private use only.
This manufacturer's warranty does not apply to products acquired second
hand. This warranty includes all significant defects of the product that can
be proved to be material or manufacturing faults. This war ranty is fulfilled
by supplying a fully functional replacement product or by repairing the
faulty product sent to us free of charge; we reserve the right to choose
between these options. This service is subject to the following provisions:
• The product has been used for its intended purpose as per the
recommendations in the operating instructions.
• Neither the purchaser nor a third party has attempted to open or
repair the product.
• Only Original GARDENA replacement parts and wear parts have been
used for operation.
• Presentation of the receipt.

fixing parts, turbines, light bulbs, V-belts / toothed belts, impellers, air
filters, spark plugs), visual changes, wear parts and consumables are
excluded from the warranty.
This manufacturer's warranty is limited to replacement and repair of
products in accordance with the abovementioned conditions. The manu-
facturer's warranty does not constitute an entitlement to lodge other
claims against us as a manufacturer, such as for damages. This manu-
facturer's warranty does not, of course, affect statutory and contractual
warranty claims against the dealer / retailer.
The manufacturer's warranty is governed by the law of the Federal
Republic of Germany.
In case of a warranty claim, please return the faulty product, together with
a copy of the receipt and a description of the fault, with postage paid to
the service address.
Consumables:
The impeller is a consumable and is not included in the warranty.

Ce produit peut être utilisé par des enfants de plus
de 8 ans ainsi que par des personnes ayant des

sont sous surveillance ou s'ils ont été instruits sur une utili-
sation sûre de l'appareil ou sur les dangers inhérents. Il est
interdit aux enfants de jouer avec ce produit. Le nettoyage
et l'entretien par l'utilisateur ne doivent pas être effectués
par des enfants sans surveillance. L'âge recommandé pour
l'utilisation du produit par des jeunes gens est de 16 ans au
moins. Ne jamais utiliser le produit si vous êtes fatigué ou
malade, ou si vous êtes sous l'influence d'alcool, de drogues
ou de médicaments.
Utilisation conforme :
La Pompe d'arrosage de surface GARDENA est utilisée pour refouler
de l'eau souterraine et de l'eau de pluie, de l'eau du robinet et de l'eau
contenant du chlore dans le jardin privé familial ou de loisir.
Liquides refoulés :
La pompe d'arrosage de surface GARDENA ne permet de refouler que de
l'eau.
Lorsque la pompe sert de surpresseur, ne pas dépasser la pres sion inté-
rieure maximum autorisée de 6 bars (côté refoulement). Cette pression côté
refoulement est égale à la somme de la pression générée par la pompe et
de la pression que vous souhaitez augmenter.
– Example : Pression au robinet = 2,5 bars,
Pression max. de la pompe d'arrosage de surface
réf. 9010 = 3,5 bars,
Pression totale = 6,0 bars.
Le produit ne convient pas à une utilisation prolongée (fonctionnement
permanent en recirculation).
