AFTER SALES SERVICE
If the kettle is not working correctly,
check that:
You have followed the instructions
correctly.
The plug fuse has not blown.
The main supply fuse/circuit
breaker has not blown/tripped.
If the powercord is damaged it must
be replaced by a special cord set
available from Dualit or an authorised
Dualit service agent.
This part should only be refitted by a
competent electrician.
If it still does not work, telephone the
Dualit Customer Helpline on:
+ 44 (0) 1293 652 500 or contact the
shop where you bought it.
In the interest of improving products,
Dualit Ltd. Reserves the right to
change specification without prior
notice.
SERVICING
GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event of the kettle
failing within one year from date of
purchase, Dualit will repair or replace
the part free of charge, provided:
you have not misused, neglected
or damaged the part;
the appliance have not been
modified;
a receipt is supplied showing
where and when the kettle was
purchased.
This guarantee does not affect the
purchaser's statutory rights.
