Securing the Notebook
Your new Notebook will make software and hardware solutions to unauthorized access
available to you.
Fingerprint Sensor (optional)
Your new notebook is equipped with a fingerprint sensor.
Benefits of this technology
First of all, it provides extra comfort. You will not have to memorize passwords, because
the software manages those for you. The program remembers and saves all input that is
necessary for authentication purposes. By your fingerprint the program recognizes that
you are authorized to retrieve and transmit the login data.
Attention!
Store your passwords and access data in a safe place. If you cannot identify
yourself by your fingerprint (e.g., when working on someone else's
computer), you can log in with your access data in the usual way.
Configuration of the software:
1. To configure the software, click on the Start button. The Omnipass wizard is
launched and takes you through the configuration process:
