1 Open the locking lever and unhook the strap from the pin.
2 Place the hyperextension orthosis on the chest (fig. A), guide the strap over
the back of the patient (fig. B and C)and hook into the pin (fig. D).
3 Fit the hyperextension orthosis in such a way that the sternal plate is in the centre
of the chest and that the pelvic band does not interfere with sitting down.
4 Fix the hyperextension orthosis using the locking lever (fig. E).
