Maintenance personnel are appointed by the operator and are trained on the product.
The operator and user are fully responsible for ensuring complete observation of technical safety regulations. Regular
checks must be carried out.

WARNING! There is a danger of ignition while the work specified here is carried out. All
maintenance, repair or cleaning work must be carried out outside Ex zones.
NOTICE! The repair technician is responsible for the correct working order of the explosion
protection. Have any damage which affects the explosion protection repaired by DENIOS.
Carry out the following maintenance tasks at the specified intervals:

Checking the drum lifter for damage
and correct operation
Checking removable connections for
secure mounting
Checking the chain
Checking the hydraulic system for oil
level and leaking oil
Top up the oil
Checking electrical conductivity

Wipe with a damp cloth
Visual inspection for breaks, cracks, de-
formation, damage, wear, corrosion
Functional check of all components
Tighten bolts if necessary
Lubricate if necessary.
If damaged, remove from operation im-
mediately!

If oil is leaking tighten the OIL screw,
replace the seal if necessary
Top up with commercial hydraulic oil
(meeting ISO 6743/4)
Ensure conductivity values are in ac-
cordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/
