Choose the program FITNESS to go through an 8-minute workout that will rate your level of fitness. After the expiry of
8 minutes, the display shows the calculated value. The displayed codes (F1 - F5) stand for the following results:
F1 =
Fitness level: Very good
F2 =
Fitness level: Good
Pfeiltasten (oben/unten)
Remarks regarding the display: TIME will be displayed in the format 0:00 - 99:59; DISTANCE will be displayed in the
form of 0.0 - 99.99; CALORIES: 0 - 999; SPEED: 0.0 - 99.9; PULSE from 30 to 200; RPM from 0 to 250.
Remarks on the entering of parameters: AGE can be 10 - 100; WEIGHT: 10 - 150kg; HEIGHT: 90 - 210cm.

F4 =
Fitness level: Poor

Changing the parameters SEX, AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, TIME, DIS-
TANCE, CALORIES, TARGET HRC and LEVEL
During workout: Change the work level (physically the break resistance
level)
Activate the cool down mode at the end of a workout phase and recover
RECOVERY
your heart rate towards calm pulse.
In user menu: Go back to user selection
RESET
In program menu: Go back to program selection
Hold for 3 seconds to delete all changes and configurations
Get started at once in MANUAL mode. The display shows TIME, DIS-
QUICK START
TANCE and burnt CALORIES.
