Press ENTER to open the programs overview. Circle through the several options offered (MANUAL, PROGRAM, FIT-
NESS, WATT, PERSONAL, H.R.C., and RANDOM) using the UP/DOWN buttons and ENTER to confirm.
You will be prompted to enter some key data for the currently selected program. Make the configurations using UP/
DOWN and each time confirm the changes with ENTER.
Program Parameters
MANUAL LEVEL, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES
PROGRAM Picking PROGRAM you will have the choice of 12 more sub-programs sporting several trainigs
profiles (please see below for more information). Choose using UP/DOWN and confirm with EN-
TER. Then enter the additional parameters:
LEVEL, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES
FITNESS Press START/STOP for starting a free training.
WATT DISTANCE, CALORIES
PERSONAL Develop your own customized exercise program by holding TIME for 3 seconds. Enter your desi-
red duration and confirm with ENTER.
Then enter the other parameters as usual: LEVEL, DISTANCE, CALORIES
