Assembling the electronics module
Note
Exercise caution when handling components. Note especially the following:
S The metal interlinking block must be clean and free of foreign matter, particu-
larly around the contact rails.
S The specified torques must be observed.
S Fittings must be mounted free of offset and mechanical tension.
S Check the seals for damage.
S Contact surfaces must be clean (sealing effect, avoid contact faults).
1. Turn off the operating and load voltage supplies.
2. Align the electronics module 2 correctly and carefully push into interlinking
block 5.
3. Check seals and sealing surfaces, align the connection block 1 correctly and
fit.
4. Screws 9 must be placed so that the available threads can be used. Tighten
the screws by hand in diagonally opposite sequence. Tightening torque
0.9 ... 1.1 Nm.

Installation

Note
When connecting loads on channel 1 (CH1) and 2 (CH2), observe the
instructions in the manual for P.BE.CPX-SYS-F-... .
Note
Cross circuit monitoring monitors circuits within the device. Cross circuits to
external circuits must be prevented, e.g. by appropriate installation measures
on the user side.
