Cleaning
To Clean the Oven Door
Oven door may be removed to clean inside of glass.
1. Remove the pan, racks, and crumb
tray to prevent them from falling out.
2. Rotate the wire door stop (located on
right rear of oven) outward.
3. Open door past the door stop until
glass door contacts counter.
Recipes
Hot Mexican Bean Dip
2 15-ounce (425 g) cans black beans,
well drained
1 teaspoon (5 ml) hot pepper sauce
1 ⁄ cup (125 ml) sour cream

Mash black beans. Add hot pepper sauce, sour cream, salsa, and half of the cheese.
Spoon into shallow 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) about 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 8 appetizer servings.
Mini Meat Loaves
1 pound (450 g) lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 ⁄ cup (175 ml) fresh bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon (15 ml) grated Parmesan
cheese
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide the mixture between 6-cup muffin
pan. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes or until done. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

5. Clean door with warm soapy water.
NOTE: Re-assembly is exactly opposite
