Volumen kalibrieren
1. Mit der MODE-Taste auf
DISP • Volume wechseln

Mit den
Tasten das
Dosiervolumen eingeben.
2. Pumpe mit RUN/STOP starten
Kurz vor Ende der Dosie-
rung verlangsamt die Pumpe die
Drehzahl, so dass eine kontrollierte,
tropfengenaue Dosierung
erreicht wird.
Dosierte Flüssigkeit nach
Volumen oder Gewicht.
3. Im gleichen Modus (DISP• Volume)
die CAL/MAX-Taste drücken
(Anzeige blinkt)

Tasten effektiv
dosiertes Volumen eingeben.
5. Mit der CAL/MAX-Taste
speichern. Die Pumpe zeigt den
einzustellenden Skalenwert (0.0 –
450.0 Einheiten) an. Der Text SET/
HEAD/TO wird fünf Mal wiederholt.
Drehen Sie den gerändel- ten
Einstellring, bis der korrek-te Wert
am fixen (rot) und am drehbaren
(schwarz) Skalenring mit der LED-
Anzeige überein-stimmt. Eine
ganze Umdre- hung entspricht 100
Einheiten (max. 450 Einheiten).
Die Fixierschraube darf nicht
gelöst werden!
Die Pumpe ist nun für kalibriertes
Dosieren bereit.
6. Pumpe mit RUN/STOP starten
Je nach Anwendungsbe-
dingungen kann mehrmaliges
Kalibrieren nötig sein.
Ein Dosiervolumen kleiner als 10
Hübe kann nicht kalibriert werden.
Calibrating the volume
1. Change the MODE to DISP • Volume

Use the
keys for entering the
required dispensing volume.
2. Start with RUN/STOP
The pump reduces the rotation
speed shortly before the end of
the dispensing cycle providing
controllable and drop-precise
dispensing volumes.
Measure the dispensed liquid by
volume or weight.
3. Stay in the same mode (DISP •
Volume) and press the CAL/MAX-key
(display blinks)
4. Enter the effectively dispensed

volume with the
keys.
5. Save with the CAL/MAX key.
The pump displays the target valve
for the adjustment. The text SET/
HEAD/TO is repeated five times.
Turn the knurled adjustment ring
till the correct value on the fixed
(red) and revolving flow control ring
(black) equals the digital LED read-
out. A complete revolution equals
100 divisons (max. 450 divisions). The
fixing screw must not be loosened!
The pump is now ready for
calibrated dispensing.
6. Start the pump with RUN/STOP
Depending on the applica-tion
conditions repeated calibration may
be necessary.
A dosing volume of less than 10
strokes can not be calibrated.

5. Mémoriser avec la touche CAL/MAX
La pompe affiche la valeur qui doit
être ajustée sur l'anneau gradué (0.0
– 450.0 div.). Le texte SET/HEAD/TO
est répété cinq fois.
Tourner l'anneau de réglage
moleté de façon à ce que la valeur
donnée par les graduations (anneau
gradué fixe {rouge} et anneau
gradué rotatif {noir}) correspond
à la valeur affichée. Une rotation
compléte correspond à 100 divisions
(max. 450 divisions). La vis de fixation
ne doit pas être dévissée!
La pompe est maintenant calibrée
et prête pour un dosage calibré.
6. Mettre en route avec RUN/STOP
En fonction des conditions
d'application, il peut être né-cessaire
de calibrer plusieurs fois.
Il n'est pas possible de calibrer un
volume de dosage de moins de 10
courses de pistions.
