Problem
I want to use the
shaver without the
app.
I cannot change the
sensitive shave
settings on the
shaver.
The shaver does not
shave as well as it
used to.
Possible cause
The smartphone
cannot find the
shaver.
The shaving heads
are damaged or
worn.

Solution
Make sure your
smartphone is
equipped with
Bluetooth 4.1 or
higher.
Make sure Bluetooth
is activated on the
shaver and the
smartphone.
Make sure the shaver
is charged.
You do not have to
connect your shaver
with your phone
before each shave.
Just make sure that
you connect it at
least once per 20
shaves to allow
synchronization of
your shave data.
You can only change
your shaver settings
via the app, so be
sure to download it.
Make sure there is a
good connection
between the shaver
and your
smartphone.
Replace the shaving
heads (see
'Replacement').
