My ISP requires me to use a specific MAC address for the device
that connects to my modem.
Solution:
Your ISP may require you to change the router's MAC address to match a specific MAC
address, such as the address of the Ethernet adapter that was previously connected to the
DSL or Cable modem. If you need the router to clone a MAC address:
1. Complete the installation instructions in this guide.
2. When you are returned to the configuration pages after the initial configuration, click
the
tab.

4. When you are finished, click
