5.2. CHARGING

• Using any other method to charge the Smart SkateBoard, other than with the
provided charger, is not permitted.
• Make sure that the charger port is completely dry.
• First plug the charger into the power supply (100V-240V / 50-60Hz) and make sure
that the green light is on when connecting the charger.
• The red light indicates that the Smart SkateBoard is charging normally, passing
from red to green means that the charge is complete. It is recommended that you
then remove the charger.
• Charging can take roughly 2~3 hours, charging for longer periods will reduce the
working life of the battery.
• The charging area should be kept clean and dry. Never charge in humid areas.

5.3. CHARGING CONDITIONS

• To make sure that your Smart SkateBoard is working at maximum efficiency, the
temperature of the battery should be maintained within the temperature parameters
that appear in the specifications.
• When the parameters of use are close to the nominal parameters that appear on
the data sheet, the battery will be working at maximum efficiency.
• The temperature, before and after charging, should be kept within the
recommended parameters. If the temperature is higher or lower, the battery will not
be able to fully charge.
