EVENTS WHICH VOID WARRANTY

1. When the original data of the invoice shows clear signs of being deliberately
manipulated.
2. When the defects and/or malfunctions of the product stem from an incorrect use,
due to completely ignoring both the recommendations and instructions included.
3. When the product shows clear signs of having been used beyond its capacity, be it
mistreatment from knocks or deterioration caused by corrosive liquids or substances,
as with any other anomaly attributable to the user.
4. When the product has been disassembled, modified or repaired by persons not
authorised by Floatup, S.L..
5. When, derived from regular use of the product, certain parts show a level of wear
due to frequent use.
6. No other warranty, verbal or written, different from the current will be considered by
Floatup, S.L..
7. In the event that the 'Warranty Void' sticker is manipulated or removed.
8. If the packaging of the collected merchandise shows deterioration.
9. Damages caused by external factors, like for example; a short-circuit, an incorrect
use of the merchandise or an accidental drop/fall.
10. Floatup, S.L. will not indemnify any client or third party for consequences produced
by using the product, be them direct or indirect damages, accidents which involve third
parties, damages to others' property or loss of profits.
11. The acquired product may undergo, due to manufacturer availability, unsubstantial
modifications that are made to its components, characteristics or features, as long
as they don't imply a demerit to the advertised qualities and features. Likewise, this
information can contain inexact stats and typographical errors that can be changed,
corrected or replaced at any time. Floatup, S.L. can, at any time, make changes or
modifications to products.
