Recalibration

If you are having trouble with your Smart SkateBoard, try a reset/recalibration. The
reason a reset is necessary is because the gyroscope inside the Smart SkateBoard has
become unbalanced and needs to be re-calibrated. This allows the Smart SkateBoard
to detect if it's perfectly horizontal or slightly inclined.
• Charged Battery
The first step before the reset is to have, at least, 70% of battery charge. Therefore
it is recommended fully charging the battery before going ahead with the
recalibration.
• Disconnecting the unit
Once the battery is charged, unplug the charger from the outlet, as well as from
the Smart SkateBoard.
The skate must be disconnected and turned off in order to begin the recalibration
process.
CALIBRATION'S POSITION
Place the Smart SkateBoard inside the white polystyrene that came inside the shipping
box, this will ensure the Smart SkateBoard is stable and completely horizontal.
WARNING
• Do not try recalibrating the device whilst connected, since it could cause damages
to the unit.
• The unit needs to be motionless during the entire process.
