6. Product information

6.1 How it works

The linear unit is used for linear processing and positioning. The slides are driven into their posi-
tions by a toothed belt or rack drive. The guidance profile can be moved in the SQ-II-MT and SQ-
II-ZST linear unit designs. This motion can be effected manually with a handwheel or by an electric
drive.
The slides are guided without any play on steel guide shafts with rollers.

6.2 Designs/Guidance concept

This linear unit is available in the designs and guidance versions given here.

After receiving this linear unit, check the device for possible damage and missing components.

Notify RK Rose+Krieger GmbH of any faults found immediately.
The linear unit is delivered ready for operation, but without a controller and without accessories.
