USING THE SAUSAGE STUFFER ATTACHMENT
GUIDE TO GRINDING
NOTE: None of the parts and accessories of this KitchenAid
(model KSMSSA) are compatible with the parts and accessories of the KitchenAid
Grinder Attachment (model KSMMGA) or previous KitchenAid
(model FGA) and vice versa.

Small Sausage Stuffer
tube (9.5 mm)
Large Sausage Stuffer
tube (19 mm)
ASSEMBLING THE SAUSAGE STUFFER
Remove and discard all promotional labels and packing materials attached to product. Before
using Sausage Stuffer attachment for the first time, wash all parts in warm, soapy water (see
"Care and Cleaning" section). Rinse parts and wipe dry.

Insert the Grind Screw into the Main Housing.
Place the Sausage Stuffer plate, matching the notch
of the plate with the tab on the bottom of the Main
Housing.
Insert the desired Sausage Stuffer Tube (large or small)
through the Collar.
Place the Collar and Sausage Stuffer Tube on the Main
Housing, and turn the Collar clockwise until secured.
