4.3.2 Connecting to a power supply

>
Connect the supplied power supply cable to the socket labelled
DC-IN (5) on the side of the DIGITRADIO CD 2GO. Then connect
the USB plug to a commercially available USB socket or USB
power supply (not supplied).
When you connect the device to the mains for the first time,
"Welcome to Digital Radio" appears on the display. This will then
be followed by an initial station scan via DAB+.

4.3.3 Using the earphones

Hearing impairment!
Do not listen to the radio at a high volume with headphones. Doing so
can cause permanent hearing impairment. Turn down the radio volume
to the lowest volume before using headphones.
Only use headphones with a 3.5 mm jack plug.
>
Insert the earphone plug into the headphone jack (10) on the
device.
The maximum volume is restricted as standard. If you want to
increase this limit, hold down the PRESET/EQ button (7) in CD
mode, or go to MENU (DAB mode). The setting is saved until you
turn the device off/on again.
>
Set the volume you want using the volume knob (4).
