Attach the device by clamping it at the cooking
vessel.
Fill water into the cooking vessel and observe
min-/max-marking at device.
Plug in the power plug into outlet after this.
► Refill probable evaporated water during use, so that always water is filled into cooking
vessel up to min-marking. Otherwise the device could be damaged.
► The cooking vessel should not be covered with a lid. Use a cooking vessel with capacity
6 – 20 L and RECOMMENDED minimum height of 15 cm.
► Please ensure that the cooking vessel can bear temperatures up to 90°C.
