• When child is able to pull himself to a standing
position, remove large toys and other objects that
could serve as steps for climbing out.
WARNING:
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items
with a string around a child's neck, such as hood
strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over
product or attach strings to toys.
• Child can become entrapped and die when
improvised netting or covers are placed on top of
product. Never add such items to confine child in
product.
• Never place product near window where cords from
blinds or drapes can strangle a child.
• Always keep the playard away from hazards in the
area that may injure your child.

To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend
healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep,
unless otherwise advised by your physician. Use ONLY
mattress and sheets provided by 4moms
must be at least 44.25 in. long by 31.5 in. wide and not
more than 1 in. thick)
Never use plastic shipping bag or other plastic film not
sold and intended for use as a mattress cover. They
can cause suffocation.
Never use a water mattress with this product.
WARNING:

• Always attach mattress securely. If mattress is not
secured, child in playard can lift or shift mattress and
get neck trapped between mattress and playard.
