7. TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEMS
Low water level during filtering,
Low flow errors in the control
panel.
The massage pump does not
work.
Nothing works.
The air blower massage pump
does not work.
Low air flow.
The water does not reach the
required temperature.
Note: The diagnosis messages to solve possible breakdowns are mentioned in the section Diagnosis
Message of the control panel (Spa User Manual).
CAUSES
Blocked filter.
The digital control panel cable is
disconnected from the board.
Differential switch is off.
The cable of the digital control panel
is disconnected from the board.
There is no power supply.
The pump has switched off
automatically owing to overheating.
The motor brushes are worn.
The probe is worn.
Check the programmed Temperature.

SOLUTIONS
Wash the filter.
Connect the cable to the
board.
Check the connection of
the pump to the electrical
panel.
Turn on the differential
switch.
Connect the cable to the
board.
Check the connection of
the pump to the electrical
board.
Leave it to cool for approx.
3 hours and switch on the
pump again.
Change the pump.
Change the Temperature
probe
Configure the Temperature.
