Warranty

warrants to the original purchaser of every new 4moms
®
rockaRoo
that the unit will be free from defects in material and
workmanship, under normal and proper use as specified by
4moms
®
, and upon proper usage in accordance with the instruction
manual supplied with each rockaRoo
under this warranty is limited to a period of twelve (12) months from
the date of purchase and in the country of original purchase. If the
unit is determined by 4moms
(12) months of purchase, the warranty will cover the repair of the
unit, including labor charges, and defective parts or assemblies.
The warranty shall include standard labor charges and applicable
parts as determined by 4moms
parts or labor coverage for component failure or other damage
to the unit resulting from improper usage or failure to clean and/or
maintain product as set forth in the warranty provided with the unit.
This warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure
to comply with the instructions on installation, maintenance and
use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal
wear and tear. 4moms
does not assume any responsibility for
