5. 3 USING THE DISPENSER

1 Prepare the dispenser as described above (see paragraph
5. 1 DISPENSER SET UP).
2 Turn on the dispenser at the master switch. The display
shows the current software version and, at the end of the
starting cycle, the dispenser goes into standby and the OFF
message appears on the display:

In this mode, the dispenser is inactive, the water is not heated
and no dispensing can be carried out.
The only functions available when the dispenser is in standby
are loading of credit from a Smart Card (see paragraph 5. 4
CONFIGURATION MODE) and access to the Configuration
Menu (see paragraph 5. 5 SMART CARD (OPTIONAL)).
3 Press the Standby button (1) briefly and the dispenser
starts the "Ready for dispensing" phase. The heating phase
begins, during which time these icons appear in order on the
display:
During this phase, all dispensing operations are disabled
except for the dispensing of only water.
4 At the end of the heating phase, the dispenser prepares
itself to receive commands and the following information is
shown on the display:
5 The dispenser is now ready to dispense the desired drinks.
6 Pressing any key during dispensing stops it instantly.
7 After dispensing, you may need to wait a few seconds for
the water temperature to return to the set level before it is
possible to dispense another drink.

5. 4 CONFIGURATION MODE

When the dispenser is in Standby mode, press the key (2) to
access the Configuration Menu of the dispenser. The structure
of the menu:

Use these keys to browse the dispenser configuration menu and
select the various functions available:

: CONFIRM key (OK). In programming mode, press
this key to confirm the current selection and go to
the next menu.

The functions available in the dispenser Configuration Menu
are:
1 Set language: use this function to select one of the
languages available on the dispenser for showing the
messages on the display.
2 Set doses: use this function to set the water and powder
dispensing times and the percentages of the reduced doses in
relation to the full dose.
3 Set heater: use this function to set displaying of the
temperature in degrees Centigrade (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F) and
the temperature of water in the heater, and to enable or disable
displaying of the water temperature on the screen.
4 Counters: use this function to check the total number of
