7. Working life

7.1 Lifting column deliverables

The RKPowerlift M lifting column will be delivered as an individual component.
The hand switch or, where applicable, controllers are not included with the lifting column.
If the Powerlift is supplied without a mains lead (for delivery abroad outside Europe), the user
must provide for the use of a suitable mains lead. A 3-wire mains lead with a national plug at one
end and a cold connector coupling to IEC-60320 C 13 at the other are suitable.
The mains lead must also be licensed for the particular country:

7.2 Transport and storage

The product is to be checked by qualified staff for visual and functional damage.
Damage due to transport and storage is to be reported to the line manager and to
RK Rose+Krieger GmbH immediately.
It is forbidden to start up damaged lifting columns.
The following environmental conditions are laid down for lifting column storage:

no oil-contaminated air
•
contact with solvent-based paints must be avoided
Divergent environmental factors must be approved by RK Rose+Krieger GmbH.
Always consider special working and escape routes when storing and transporting.
Transport and storage conditions are specified in 6.2 Technical Data.
