To open the battery compartment 7, turn the locking
knob 8 to position

When inserting batteries, pay attention to the correct
polarity according to the representation on the inside of
the battery compartment.
Always replace all batteries at the same time. Only use
batteries from one brand and with the identical capacity.
Shut the battery compartment 7 and turn the locking
knob 8 to the position.

When storing for extended periods, the
b a t t e r i e s c a n c o r r o d e a n d d i s c h a r g e
themselves.
Low Battery Indicator
When the battery indicator 6 flashes
red for the first time, the measuring tool can still be
operated for approx. 2 h.
When the battery indicator 6 lights up red continuously,
measurements are no longer possible. The measuring
tool switches off automatically after 1 minute.
