ORANGE CREAM FILLED CUPCAKES

Cheesecake Instant
Pudding and Pie
Filling Mix
1 ¼ Cup Orange Juice
4 Eggs

FILLING:
1 (8-oz.) Package
Cream Cheese
½ Cup Butter
2 Tsp. Vanilla
5-6 Cups Powdered
Sugar
Reserved Orange
Gelatin (2 Tsp.)
1 Tsp. Orange Zest
Orange Food
Coloring, optional
Preheat the CREAM FILLED CUPCAKES BAKERY as directed.
Set aside 2 teaspoons of the orange gelatin for filling.
In a bowl mix together the remaining gelatin, cake
mix, pudding mix, orange juice, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Carefully pour into pastry wells.
Close the Lid and cook for 2-7 minutes.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove each cupcake with wooden or plastic
spoon. Place on plate and allow to cool.
Allow cream cheese and butter to soften at
room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
In a large bowl beat butter, cream cheese, reserved
gelatin, orange peel and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add in powdered sugar until desired consistency is
achieved. Add in orange food coloring if desired.
