Before you start any maintenance on your motor disconnect it from
the electricity network.
Repairs may only be carried out by VIRAX qualified personnel.
Thanks to its design, the motor requires very little maintenance.
Please use motor shaft oil to ensure that the gaskets maintain their seal.

Disconnect the motor from the water network and open the water tap. Add
a few drops of oil.

Close the tap, add a few drops to the overflow (on top of the bit holder
shaft) and turn the bit holder shaft by hand.
After the first 150 hours of use, you must replace the oil in the gearbox.
After the first 250 hours of use, have the carbon checked by VIRAX.
Every three months have the switch, the cable and the plug checked by a qualified
electrician.
Raw material recycling rather than Waste processing
To avoid damage during transport, the motor must be delivered in
resistant packaging. The packaging, as well as the motor and its tools are
manufactured from recyclable materials which enables them to be processed
ecologically once they reach the end of their lifetime. The plastic components are
marked, which makes it easier for reprocessing plants to sort them.
In accordance with our general conditions of sale, the support stands are provided
with a 2-year warranty period (as shown by the invoice or delivery note). Damage
resulting from incorrect use, overload or improper handling is excluded from the
warranty. The product must not have been disassembled.

accordance with European directive 2002/96/EG related to
Waste electrical or electronic equipment (WEEE) and its
transposition into national legislation, the electrical appliances
must be collected separately and recycled in a way that respect
the environment.
