A – Attachment to the support stand
The Virax V250 core drill ref 050126 / V350 ref 050136 is secured to the Virax
support stand ref. 050121, via a plate screwing connection system
4 – Insert the core drill with the holding plate into the support stand and
tighten it with the control lever.
Please refer to the support stand's specific user manual
for all the settings necessary and for the correct
attachment to the support stand.
Do not drill with the stand if it has not been
stabilised!
B – Wet drilling

Adapt the forward movement to the core bit diameter and the machine power.
Take note of the LED in the handle (see the overload protection section).

If the drilling tool locks up, do not try to release by switching the machine off
and back on again. Power down the machine immediately and loosen the core
bit by turning it to the right or the left using an adapted open-ended spanner
while removing the machine carefully from the drilling hole.
II – Starting / Stopping
1 – Move the guidance support upwards using the
control lever until it locks.
2 – Use the control lever to loosen the holding plate.
Remove the plate.
3 – Insert the 4 M8 x 20 socket head screws (delivered
with the support stand) to secure the holding plate to
the core drill. The coupling is on the same side as the
core drill's speed selector. Tighten the 4 screws.
