To mount the end milling cutter or the drill, perform the following:
● join and mount the planing tables at the level of saw table according to sub-item 11.2.1;
● lower the saw blade 32 to the bottom "min" position on the blade depth scale 60
(figure 1);
● remove the cutter-block end guard 27 (figure 2);
● mount the drill chuck 14 on the thread of cutter-block outlet end;
● mount and fix the required end milling cutter 13 or drill in the drill chuck 14;
● mount the guard 11 and fix it with screws.
The end milling cutter guard (not included in the present package set and supplied by
agreement with wholesale customers) has a spring-mounted safety cap 11b (figure 20),
which comes inside the case 11a when a blank axially presses on it and opens the working
part of end milling cutter.
When the drill chuck is removed, it's necessary to mount the cutter-block end
guard 27 (figure 2).
Mount the router table as displayed on figure 20. To do that, unscrew the four screw bolts
42 (М8×20, figure 2) which fix the guide fence. Mount the router table over the guide fence
brackets and fix it with the bolts.
Adjust the table 10 (figure 20) for height against the milling cutter 13 (figure 2) by lowering
the thumbscrews 78 (figure 20).
Set the required height by moving the handle-lever 77 up/down and tighten the thumbscrews
78.
The processed material is supplied over the table 10 (figure 20) manually. For parallel moving
of the blank use the support 5. The support 5 is fixed with thumbscrews 4 to the table 10
through the threaded opening of the table 10.
Before operation the machine (figure 21) should be prepared and adjusted:
● mount the disc cutter 12 (not included in a standard package set);
● mount the guard 2;
● set the depth of milling.
The process of milling with a disc cutter with different positioning of guide fence to the right
and to the left from the milling cutter is displayed on figures 21 and 22.
When using the guide fence during disc cutter milling operations, it's necessary to mount
the plate 3s (figure 21).

To mount the disc cutter 12 (figure 21), perform the following:
● remove the saw blade casing 57 by unscrewing the screws 57b;
● using the wrenches 7 and 15 (figure 1), unscrew the clamping nut 79 which fixes the
saw blade 32 (figure 25);
● remove the saw blade 32;
● mount the disc cutter 12 and fix it with saw blade clamping nut 79 by its reverse side;
