Saw blade guard 2 must be mounted on the machine during the performing of
all processing types.
10.1.3 Assembling and mounting of combined fence
Assembling and adjustment of combined fence is performed by the user.
On figure 5 there displayed the scheme of fence assembling and mounting for sawing
operation.

Assemble and set the combined fence elements on the machine. Make sure that assembling
is correct and the guide fence 3f is parallel to saw blade plane. Perform final tightening of
clamping elements. Set the pointer 3j to "zero" position and fix it while the guide fence 3f is
set along the saw blade plane.
To fix the guide fence 3f at the required size there used the thumbscrews F (view D, method
1).
On figure 5 (view D, method 2) there displayed the method of fence mounting with expanded
cutting base.
Guide fence 3f provides the possibility to set a blank in angle range from 0° to 45° according
to the adjustable scale 51.
On figure 17 there displayed the method of guide fence 3f mounting to the left from saw
blade.
10.1.4 Mounting of cutter-block guard with bracket
To mount the cutter-block guard it's necessary to:
● fix the bracket 9 with screws 29 and washers 29a (figure 2).
● set the cutter-block guard 8 between the hooks of bracket 9 and fix the bracket with
thumbscrews 41 (figure 6).
Set the guard on the surface of outfeed planing table 24 and fix it with thumbscrews 41.
To mount the router table 10, it's necessary to attach it to machine body 1 with screw bolts
42 (figure 2).
Prepare a plane stable horizontal surface free from foreign objects and place the machine on
it. It's recommended to fix the machine with bolted connection.
Recommended height of the machine's working tables is 850-950 mm from floor level.

Check the parts' integrity; mounting security; tightening and lock of all the bolts, screws and
nuts; absence of damage of power cord, plug and socket; presence of guarding.
Knives adjustment is provided by sequential mounting of each knife.
First it's necessary to loosen a knife by unscrewing the clamp screws 76 till the free movement
