switched on .

pulled in correctly .
Remedy
• Insert the plug into a
mains power socket .
• Switch on the appliance .
• In this case, contact
Customer Services .
• Pull the strand out of
the curling chamber 1,
ensure that no knots have
formed in the hair, and
try again to make a curl .
