PROBLEM
Difficulty in slicing; excessive
resistance when the product is in
contact with the blade.
Slices are of irregular thickness.
Slices come out as "doorsteps".
Slices are empty in the middle.
Slices disintegrate into several
pieces; they are not sliced cleanly.
