Question:
Why are all pictures after installation displayed in B/W and not clearly, although all cameras
are color?
Answer:
The recorder supports PAL and NTSC mode. If no cameras are detected at booting the
recorder, the DVR will automatically go into NTSC mode. If then color PAL cameras are
detected, the picture will be displayed in B/W and not clearly.
Solution:
•
Before booting the DVR, switch on the cameras. Then boot the DVR, it will
automatically detect whether a PAL or NTSC signal is received from the cameras.
•
The user can select PAL and NTSC during the DVR is booting. To do so, press
following buttons during the DVR is booting:
