4. Place mounting plate into position as
indicated in figure 3.
5. Attach the rear of the mounting plate using
two 5/16 U-bolts (B3), four 5/16 flat washers
(B2), and four 5/16 locking hex nuts (B1) see
figure 4. Do not fully tighten these fasteners
at this time.
6. Place winch into postion as indicated in
figure 5 and 6. Attach the top of the winch
using two M8 hex bolts, lock washers and
flat washers (B2). Run the fasteners thru the
bumper frame and the mounting plate and
into the winch mounting feet.
7. The bottom of the winch will be fastened
with two M8 hex bolts, and two lock
washers. Place the roller fairlead into postion
as indicated in figure 5 and 6. Run the
fasteners thru the fairlead and mounting plate
and into the winch mounting feet.
Note: The four M8 hex bolts and lock wash-
ers will be found in the hardware kit that
came with the winch.
